Considering the truncated timeframe that Kamala Harris had, 107 days, less than 4 months, with the odds stacked against her, she did quite well. She made no major strategical errors, no massive gaffs or flaws, did nothing grievous in regard to how she ran her campaign. So overall, even though the end result was not what she wanted, not what roughly half of America wanted, and certainly and indisputably not what the vast and overwhelming majority of the inhabitants of this planet wanted, she should be proud.
Trump is pretty much hated around the world, so if you detest him, you're in fantastic company. :)
While I am not a fan of how she was "nominated", how rich DNC donors and some of the left media (CNN, MSNBC, etc) forced Biden out thereby circumventing the will of the voters, she was by far better suited for POTUS, and it's unfortunate that so many credulous idiots didn't see that.
So now we just let the GOP prance around for a few weeks/months, gloating, preening, and then they'll start deteriorating like they always do, they'll start infighting, they have no policy other than tax cuts for the wealthy, and then we can laugh at them while they crater, just like they always do. Remember, the president does not make law, democracy will survive, change takes time, and Donald Trump is the laziest fuck on the planet, so all he'll do is go waste tax player money playing golf again, just like last time. So people that are patriotic, loyal to America and humanity, benevolent, intelligent and educated, don't despair, things will be fine in the long run.
